Global Stability of Delayed SARS-CoV-2 and HTLV-I Coinfection Models within a Host

The aim of the present paper is to formulate two new mathematical models describe co-dynamics severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and human T-cell lymphotropic virus type-I (HTLV-I) in a host. characterizes interplaying between seven compartments, uninfected ECs, latently SARS-CoV-2-infected actively free SARS-CoV-2 particles, CD4+T cells, HTLV-I-infected cells cells. incorporate five intracellular time delays: (i) delays formation ECs (ii) reactivation (iii) maturation delay virions. We consider discrete-time distributed-time first second models, respectively. investigate properties model’s solutions, then we calculate all equilibria study their global stability. asymptotic stability examined by constructing Lyapunov functionals. analytical findings are supported via numerical simulation. impact on coinfection progression discussed. found that, increasing values can have an antiviral treatment-like impact. Our developed model contribute understand HTLV-I help select suitable treatment strategies for COVID-19 patients with HTLV-I.
